I think this is the same problem a mate of mine had on his vRS. I'd need to check the details with him but he had to have something under the dash replaced under warranty. I'm afraid it was a dash-out job.

Mostly is KO temperature sensor you have take a look on VCDS addrs. 8 and then Measure Block look on temperatures there if they are corect.

Sometime is problem with an servomotor for flap.

Like fist do diagnostic :)

You could also get someone with VCDS to do a flap reset for the climatronic, as it could be an issue there.

Having a look with VCDS, including Measuring Blocks as mentioned above would be my 1st port of call. Check the VCDS section and owners map 'sticky' at the top, for someone near you.

You can do a flap reset by:

Ignition on Stage 2

Hold Econ

Press the lower left button in the cluster of 4 above the fan control (on mine its air-flow through middle dash vents)

The temperature displays both show what looks like garbage with 'FR' written in one corner. You'll hear the flaps move around. After about 20 seconds the displays return to normal.

Thanks for all the help guys still looking into this issue, just renewed my warrenty with a non skoda company so will claim against it if it doesnt start to work.
