Brembo GT Junior carriers

Featured Replies

Hello all,

As above would Brembo GT Junior carriers fit the Leon Cupra R brembos?

A set have come up for sale for reasonable money and I need some carriers for my LCR brakes.

Thanks

I have some sitting in a box somewhere, would happily measure them up, but won't be back in the UK until 9th of Feb

yes they are the same, the gt kit is basically the same as the lcr kit, on the gts the caliper fluid channels are internal on the lcr caliper they are external other that that, they fit the same, work the same, have the same size disc and pad, so yes..get them!

Excellent, what discs would be better, pagid or brembo?

tbh standard are fine, thats what i ran with mine, however whatever you prefer, dont spend loads on drilled or worse still grooved discs, they (grooved) chomp pads imo.

Get them then?

Sent the dude a PM so hopefully he will get back ASAP.

They are for 323mm discs, so what ever is the cheapest "known" brand I shall be going for.

Don't worry, wont be doing the drilled grooved disc thangs, solid FTW!.

Oet, you are answering my "TT front set up" q's as well. Might have to hire you as my tuning consultant.

Oet is my bitch stay away

HAHA! Cheers for the link, they work out a bit cheaper than here in the green Isle's, will just have to see what the craic is with postage.

Come on Clive, don't be like that! :D

:) avs are pretty good, but stock discs from gsf are good too, so if they are much cheaper from gsf, then go with that

I don't mind sharing for the right price ;-)

dont i get a say :p

@ Big jase, you lucky sod! I have to buy everything! :giggle:

gt kit is awesome, that and ds2500 pads made for much better sharper braking than a comp brake 6pot big brake setup i tried!

Wee bit of a resurrection here,

Does anyone know what the part number of the bolts I will need to attach the calipers to the carriers, and the part number for the bolts to attach the carriers to the hubs.

Thanks

should be the stock bolts, they arent different because they are fitting brembos.
