Featured Replies

hi all i seen there have been some vrs with mudflaps front and back ,

as anyone got more details and pictures please ,

some of you say cut bumper on rear and some say cut mudflaps on rear can anyone put picture of part

on mudflaps that need to be cut please ..

Hi

I've not got any pics i used the cut bumper method.

When looking at the rear bumper at the wheel arch you will see a lip between the edge off the bumper and the wheel arch liner if memory serves me right it's about 1/4" them put the mudflap against bumper to measure how much to cut then get knife and cut bumper to allow the bumper to slide into the slot of mud flap .

Can only imagine if you cut flap you would cut it at the slot to allow it to fit over lip.

I think I've also read a post on here where someone used a heat gun or hot water to make mudflap supple then fitted over lip.

Hope this helps

Regards Whoosh

on my se i just cut the little lip - took me 10 mins

not hard
