When starting my Octy Vrs on wet mornings there is a friction noise for 5-10 seconds which then dies away and does not return all day. It sounds as if the radiator fan is fouling the radiator itself but obviously this is not the case. Could it be a belt slipping when moist? Anyone else have this problem?
