VW website worse than Skoda ?

Featured Replies

Tried the VW website and could not get past the first page as kept freezing.

Have no current problems with other sites so not my computer.

Was trying to research the Tiguan (configurator).

Do these people ever monitor their website performance???

I assume you mean 'servers' rather than customers (LOL)!

Look at what happened to Skoda's website after Jeremy Arsewipe reported on the Yeti. emoticon-0136-giggle.gif

In my humble opinion, the VW website here in the USA is unquestionably among the worst on the Internet. Audi isn’t too far behind but they have improved. Not sure why but it’s finicky and just plain boring with really crappy graphics. You may well have to change browsers’ as recommended, or simply go down and beg for an analog brochure. Maybe their web designer is a family member of the CEO or similar.
