im new and need help!

Featured Replies

hello everyone, i'm new to briskoda. I brought an octavia vrs 04 early last year. Full service history and alot of receipts no expense been spared only 58k on the clock. BUT... The cold weather is here again and i'm getting annoyed with the windows misting up and taking for ever and a day to demist. I've seen alot of forums talking about this problem but to be honest i don't have the wrest of my life to read them all, just something true and honest will do me perfect. It's not been modified at all yet, but be sure that when i do, it will be for the good and alot of swotting up first.

Hello & welcome.

It's best to post problems in the Octavia section for a better response.

The problem with misting windows is usually due to dampness inside the car, so look for damp carpets, water in the spare wheel well etc. Also check the pollen filter. Does the rear wash work OK as sometimes the pipe can leak in the back of the car.

Hi and welcome aboard.

Hello octyvrs84 and welcome along
