Neuspeed P-Flow intake for 2.0 TFSI - SOLD

Neuspeed P-Flow intake for 2.0 TFSI

This was fitted to a 2006 model Octavia vRS 2.0 TFSI (BWA engine code), but it should also fit the Mk2 Leon FR TFSI and the Mk5 Golf GTI (but not the ED30 or Pirelli)

It comes with all the fittings, clamps, instructions plus the following:

-A spare K&N Filter (RU-4960)
-An aluminium heat shield plus a CAD drawing if you wish to make another one.
-The intake pipe has been insulated with aluminium coated pipe insulation.
-Another spare length of aluminium coated pipe insulation.

The reason it is for sale is that it is quite loud (on a remapped engine), so if you want a quiet intake, this is not for you. On an unmapped car it isn’t too loud.

Sorry to hijack your thread, but where did you get the aluminium coated pipe insulation from. I'm looking to do the same to my pflow kit.

Or would you be willing to sell your spare length of it?

I can find out for you as it came through work, I will find out the supplier etc.

Sold to someone on the mk5golfgti forum.

Leee, the insulation came from BSS, have a look on their website for your local store.

Ask for Isover alu backed pipe insulation, it comes in various different sizes, see here http://www.grantherm.co.uk/Downloads/isover_pipeproducts.pdf

Also get some aluminium foil tape to tape it all up neatly.

That's brilliant. Many thanks
