There's the problem. They keep a stock of special switches for people that won't tell them their mileage.

i wouldnt trust them to organise a free skoda to a worthy cause.

previous experiance has taught me they are minions reading from a phrase book.

last conversation went like this..

I need my skoda serviced can you advise the nearest service centre

"certainly sir,,,,,long pause,,,,,(OBVIOUSLY WAITING FOR COMPUTER TO CATCH UP,,,,,can i have the car reg?"

Well perhaps you should get some dealers closer (witty grin- she must have read 80 not 0.8)
