Hi Folks

Hi all.

Just got a Superb Elegance 1.6 Greenline as a company car (my choice) and I'm chuffed to monkeys with it :)

It was a bit of a leap of faith, I had a 2.0 Insignia before, which I thought was good, except for the mpg and the fact you can't see out of them. I looked at the list, weighed up the options, did a bit of homework and opted for the Superb Estate. Didn't look at one or test drive (1.6 Greenline's are like Dragon's Teeth at the moment I'm told) but I don't regret it for a minute.

From the moment I saw it and then drove it I loved it. Things I really like; The adaptive headlights. Light where you need it and the main beam, bloody hell, even I can see at night now with my 55 year old eyes B)

Heated seats, heated washer nozzles (a Godsend at -10 deg C), folding mirrors from inside, it's quiet and the sound system is very good, I like the fact you can load stuff on to the HDD like an iPod (other fruit based mp3 players are available)

I'm finding the Columbus SatNav a bit "Quirky" after my TomTom and to be honest I prefer the TomTom, but I'll get used to it I expect. I'll have a dig in the forums about it. Should I have a disc for it?

Anyway, looking forward to many happy years driving my Skoda. Definitely coverted
