@Grizzle - If you're interested I also have the VW unit (3C0 907 044 AE) without heated seat controls. This unit is lacking the buttons/rotating colars, and for some reason I've missplaced the 12 torx screws that hold the assembly together - apart from that it's brand new!

I was going to desolder the "OFF" and associated backlight LEDs from this and add them to the other - but never got around to doing it.

I was ideally looking for the one you were selling and i stupidly missed out on :( , in my haste i scratched a few buttons fitting that Dension lol.
