After some advice if possible, i have a 1,4 16v fabia and the EML comes on once a month with the same EGR fault!

the garage first replaced the part that cost me about £250.00, it was fixed few months ago now but the light is still comes on after a few weeks i pop in once a month just to get them to check the fault code and sure enough its the same fault? they have been great and not charged me for looking over the car.

any advice would be very much appreciated.
