There are only 2 interior roof colours on VW's Pearl Grey and a beige colour so yes it's light grey as in the Ebay add. The beige is the same as one of the other Ebay ads.

Sorry I have no idea on that. If you can compare your grab handle with a Passat one is the only way of knowing. If the screw hole centres are the same it will fit.
