Steering rack leaking. Identifying part

Hi,

My 2007 Fabia's steering rack has been leaking for a while and now it seems it's getting worse, so time to change it. Problem is that I'm not sure how many variations are there of racks. So far I've asked dealer, if they could tell what model do I have but they couldn't tell and said even they would need to contact manufacturer to find out. I can't find that 6Qxxx number anywhere from that rack. I found stamped TRW 023-0800-050-001 and angle sensor manufactured by Hella. I've searched earlier posts and found that there are only 2 versions from TRW, but when I checked from one German part dealer site it seems there are still at least two different models within racks equipped with Hella sensor.

Is this information enough to get right refurbished part or are there still too many options? For the pump I can find part number 6Q0423156AB but it's not much help here..
