Anyone know what can cause the heating system to go from extreme hot to stone cold, anything over 18oC and its full heat and anything under and it doesn't work lol

I'm hoping its a simple fuse or sensor that's gone, anyone else had this problem ??

Is that continuously or just while it's warming up? It will be hot until the set temperature is reached when it will go cooler.
