Recommend a bodyshop repair for Surrey/Sussex?

Hi,

Its sad to say my lovely fabia got pronged at a carpark one evening, damage wasn't bad and I know "the pronge'r" . Un/fortunately I've never had this situation before so I don't have any reliable/decent bodyshop repairers around Surrey/Sussex. Obviously I don't want to rinse the guys money on most expensive body repair possible, but at the same time I would like it to disappear without any noticeable difference. Main damage is about 5inch 'medium' dent and scratch in the rear quarter panel (near fuel cap), some light paint scratches just below that, luckily missed the wheel. Friend said im looking around £200-300? :think: No idea myself.

Any help will be great, no I cant buff it out myself .
