Blaupunkt DX Satnav

I am thinking of changing the interior switch / dash illumination colour scheme on my vRS from green to blue or red (havnt decided yet.)

Would like to keep the car equipment as OEM as possible and the DX satnav system has green illumination, while I am sure its possible to change the switch colour, does anyone know if I can actually change the colour scheme of the satnav display screen itself as it is themed green.

I read its possible on later units using VAGCOM (is this true). As its a unit used across several brands (seat,VW, Skoda) I am guessing the colours were branded for each car so maybe it is possible.
