Octavia Horn Replacement

Featured Replies

Hey guys, I need to change the horns on my Octavia 2 because Skoda India now gives some crappy feeble sounding horns as standard in the Octavia. I wanted to know what the part numbers are and where I can buy them because I want to order them for myself and only want the original parts so that it plugs right in. Don't want to buy a set of Hellas or something.

Any help will be really appreciated. Thanks.

Why don't you just source a horn from the service centre here ?? Wouldn't it be a lot cheaper if not the same.?

I know the new Skodas come with the other dirty (read cheap) horns .. but the service centre do have the old air horn style horns in stock.</p>

I would see if can get the one at end this clip wackhead Simpson was trying to sale

The dealer doesn't have any in stock, so if I could get the part numbers and order them online it would be ideal.

Stiebel Nautulus air horn is a brilliant replacement /addition to the car.

Swap it with one of the tone horns & have a tri tone horn, short 0.5 second blast will bring in the remaining single tone, just stay pressed & the Stiebel kicks in ( search You tube for how loud these are & yes they are legal)

Oh I don't want the single tone at all. Will the stebel be plug and play? I don't want to alter the wiring one bit, but want a plug and play solution. Thats why I thought the dual tones off any of the VAG cars would be a perfect fit.
