I have recently enabled this on my FL Octavia.

Is there anyway of having the doors unlock when I remove my key from the ignition? At the minute I'm having to press the unlock button by the handbrake or double pull the door handle.

My old 6L Ibiza had anti-hijack (already enabled when I got car 2nd hand) and this would unlock the doors for me when I took my key out of the ignition.

Yes, when you activate the anti hi-jack there is also an option for the doors to unlock when you remove the key, you now need to activate this.
