vrs actuator issue?

Featured Replies

guys had car in at shark to check a loss of power due to the 134,000 miles it seems the actuator is well worn anyone know if a replacement is available????? by forge etc can find a few that list ko3 but no mention of the s ????????

Give Forge a ring, IIRC the actuator on the K03 and K03s is the same just the turbine and housings are different.

Awesome supply a Forge one which is suitable for the AUQ engine:

You'll want the heavier (yellow) spring if yours is remapped though, green spring is up to 10psi so really aimed at the 150bhp engines or a standard 180bhp one.

Might be cheaper to just buy a fecked low mileage K03S turbo and take the actuator off of that?

i have a ko3 that was bought in error off ebay?????? would that do the job if not awesome it is

The Forge actuator is the same for both, the standard actuator I think mounts differently on the K03 and K03S though.

If anyone on here's got a K03S off their car they might be able to measure the gap between the mounting screw holes for you

r if anyone has a ko3s thats dead lol be even better as will purchase an actuator

See if Billy (billy2891) has one, he was breaking Clives old VRS a while back.

Also Bandit_Barrons old VRS is being broken at the moment.

And TrevorB33 bought a VRS recently with a fecked turbo, he might still have the old one hopefully
