Hi guys,

Just bought myself a Octavia VRS mk.2 last weekend and absolutely love it so far

Has quite a few options which is a bonus and is very clean inside and out.

Have a few plans, one including a black front grill. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this or where to get one made up as I am not skilled in painting anything and do not trust myself ha.

Hey guys, Sadly it's looking like my Octavia days which have been pretty brilliant could be at an end, unless I can find a replacement engine. Looking like a blown head gasket/cracked/warped head so it's not driveable now and boiling away (95C+ even without the thermostat in). It's also had a burning engine oil issue for years. So my options are: Say goodbye to my brilliant Octavia ☹️ Try and find a replacement engine, throw it in and hope. Downsides are obviously they are bound to be old en

I'm driving my early 2020 Octavia (mkIII) Scout (2.0L diesel DSG-7) through France, and only after I filled up (31L of the 55L tank) from the "diesel" pump I noticed the marking "B10" which apparently really exists about only in France, I'd never heard of nor seen before, and is officially (per Skoda) not compatible with this engine. I don't find "B10" mentioned at all in the forums, and I find only few, vague mentions online in general about how B10 diesel (90% mineral diesel +10% bio d

Hi, im new to the forum. I have a skoda fabia 1.2 tsi 2017. The air con pipes have a kink and has split so im looking for a replacement, im not car savvy in any way so i have no idea what im looking for. The garage have tried to order directly from Skoda however they arent responding so mechanic said if i get the part he will fit it. Does anyone know if these pipes come apart in sections or would it just be better to but the whole thing? (See pic) I have found some in ebay but if anyone h

I bought a sportline flat bottom steering wheel but it was the heated version with the view button. I knew the airbag would have a bit of a gap but I didn’t like how it looked or felt overall. So I now have that for sale if anyone is interested. I am on the hunt for a round leather steering wheel. Version with phone button not view button, but with the DSG paddles. If anyone can point me in the direction of the correct part number or even if you have one for sale please let me know!

I'm not sure how many runners there are are on Briskoda but but instead of hijacking Mac's diary I thought I'd start a general discussion area for runners.
