Three cheers for DM Keith (Bradford)

Featured Replies

Yesterday (two days before I'm due to drive to the Alps to go skiing for a fortnight) a little yellow warning light came on. Pulling over and reading the manual, it said "drive slowly to nearest dealer". Got to DM Keith, Bradford at about 1.00pm in a panic. They diagnosed the fault (something to do with a throttle valve). They kept the car overnight, and had the parts in by the morning. I've just collected the car from them and its running perfectly. Particular thanks to Anthony, on the service desk, who coped brilliantly with my panic, and to the guys who actually did the work. Car returned to me washed and vacuumed - and all done under warranty. Cheers everybody!

Great result  . Enjoy your trip.

Great stuff. Now you can go away.........

Thanks all - didn't realise how stressed I was until the feeling of relief when it was fixed hit me. Pictures of Betty in the Alps to follow ...

Anthony is a very nice chap. Dealt with him a couple of times over the last couple of weeks for issues with my wifes car.

DM Keiths can never get anywhere near on new car prices though, when i say anywhere i mean serious cash not just a few hundred.

Glad it was ok Bobdog, we want to see some photos when you're back.

My TPM went off the other day, but I iced it myself after the service manager went through resetting it for me as the manual didn't explain it. :)
