quite fancy changing my boggo standard front bumper to a vrs item

are they a direct fit, no extra brackets required etc?

also, mine is a 99 V plate, so pre facelift, does that mean only a pre facelift vrs bumper will fit, or are they all the same? im still strugling to work out exactly how much was changed with this facelift crap lol
