SUK boss Robert Hazelwood moving to VW

Featured Replies

Let's hope he does a proper job, I for one was disappointed with his slow return of my e-mail about the shoddy dealership in waunfawr

Will be interesting to see who Skoda get to replace him ...............

Is there a small chance that VW UK might have a different attitude towards their customers following this, or do we think it's going to be more of the same?

Cheezemonkhai, more of the same hazelwood doesn't care just like the rest of the MD, they are there to make the best profit they can, nothing wrong with that but at the expense of loyal customers customer service in this country is awful, the Europeans will not stand for poor service

I don't think anything of their reputation for quality, so that won't be a consideration when looking at a replacement.

Well it will be, but not in the way that VAG hope for, since I've found it to be below ford and toyota.

They are not doing themselves any favours.
