Hi guys I'm new to this, I have just picked up a 1 year old Fabia VRS but I seem to have a problem with the sat nav

I have loaded up the CD but the unit does not seem to be picking up my location. I have checked the information screen and it has no satalite fix and the satalite count is zero

Any ideas before I have to get it back to the dealers am I doing doing something wrong?

Any help would be appricated

do the maps load up? if the sat nav cannot find your location you've got a busted gps antenna, i had mine changed they have had issues with the antennas just take it to dealers they will replace it

Yeah the maps load up ok is the gps antenna in the roof mounted unit or behind the dash?
