Hi all, I have read alot of posts about changing to aero wipers, and that the best way is to replace the arms with the mk4 golf or bora ones. I have had a look on ebay and there is quite alot of mk4 golfs been broken but looking at the pictures none have the aero wipers. Further into my search on ebay I have found a pair of arms and aero blades off a 2010 octavia, will these fit a Mk1 octavia or should I look for the mk4 golf arms and blades.

You'll need Mk4 ones.

Drivers side blade: 1J2 955 426B

Passenger blade: 1J2 955 425B

Drivers arm: 1J2 955409 D

Passenger arm: 1J2 955 410D

ive just replaced my wipers to aero ones. (floppy rubber ones?) made by bosch and straight fit onto mk1 arms

I have the same blades but if you change the arms to the Mk4 Golf it looks alot more stylish and not so bulky where the arm connects to the blade

you need to make sure its the later mk4 / bora. i just sold my bora 2001 and mine had the same arms as the octy. bare that in mind if your not sure what they look like.

i keep eyeing my dads up on his 55 plate bora lol
