Hi!

I have a 2000' Fabia 1.4 16V (Elegance) and recently i had some problems with the power steering, that fails when i'm parking and turns the drive very heavy. In another forum, somebody has mentioned that the problem could be in the "PAS Sensor". Can anyone tell me what is this sensor, and eventually how must can coast this sensor?

PAS - Power Assisted Steering.

This will decide how much resistance to put to your steering wheel as you drive.

Some cars have constant resistance, some have variable ( the faster you go the lighter / heavier the steering ) depends on the car maker.

It would be worth speaking to your local Skoda garage about price, as theyt will be different from UK prices.
