Just a quick question had a search but can't find a definite answer.

How do you remove the gaiter surround from the centre console I would like to have a go at reseting the gear linkage.

Any photo's with arrows/annotations would be even better

Open up the ashtray and pull up the trim from the front edge, it's just clipped in.

Regarding the linkage reset, I have watched the video on Youtube, Do I need to take the air box out or is it easier enough with it still on?
