Looking for a Columbus trim part number

Featured Replies

My Columbus will be here at some point today so I need to get my trim ordered to fit it however there are so many different part numbers and things on the Octavia "handy part numbers" thread that I'm a little lost!

My Octavia is a 2010 L&K and the current setup is this

IMAG0346.jpg

The trims I've seen people post in images on here all look like they are for a different style of climate control though.

The part numbers I've managed to dig out (I want a black trim) are

Dash trim for MFD2/3 with Climatronic (black) - 1Z0 858 069 C 9B9

Dash trim for MFD2/3 for VRS LE and FL Octavia with New style Climatronic. - 1Z0 858 069 BK 2AU

Trim panel for Columbus and New style climatronic, silver with cross hatch finish (MY2011 Elegance) 1Z0 858 069 AC BE9

The 1st I think is for the older style climatronic

The 2nd MIGHT be for my car

The 3rd also might be for my car but in a different colour.

Can anyone confirm anything?

Did you have any luck with the trim for your columbus?

I own an Octavia Ltd Edition which has the newer style climate controls but also unsure as to which trim to purchase????

I'm sure I read somewhere that the ltd edt has a specific part number which I believe is 1Z0 858 069 BK 2AU (Silver Surround), can anybody confirm this to be the correct part I require for replacing my Bolero with Columbus head unit.

Just retro-fitted a Columbus to my Yeti to replace the Bolero unit. The parts dept at Rainworth Skoda were superb and the new trim arrived a couple of days later as promised.

Riggsy, try this post in the useful aprt numbers thread. I did indeed find the part I was looking for in Piano Black. If you need that exact part in a different colour try contacting skodaparts and asking them. They were very helpful for me.

Hi Riggsy,

as I've now sold my Octi LS I have the right Trim for the Columbus going spare if you still need one. Let me know if this is any good to you,

Cheers,

Martin

Hi Martin

Thanks for posting, yes I am certainly interested in the surround, still awaiting delivery of the Columbus unit and was planning on sourcing the correct part once unit arrives. How much are you looking for?

Hey Riggsy,

It's just sat there on the shelf, and I'd much rather give it away rather than throw it away, so Postage only if that's any good to you.

PM me with your address if you would like it.

Cheers,

Martin

Hi Martin

Tried to pm you my details but site tools are saying you cannot receive any more messages?
