1. Dunno if you are refering to the KOOLART pictures or not? I remember first seeing this sort of thing back in my school days, mid to late seventies. Either the artist became successfull or sold the idea or got ripped off, as was common back then!
   

Anyway, there is a version of car-toons called KOOLART, or may be KOOL ART but I am sure they spell cool with a K. Google it! It may be what you are after.

Stop press... Just looked, KOOLART, list a Mk 1 Fabia, among other skoda stuff. Not sure as and when they'll get round to a mk 2 or if they have done so already. They are EXACTLY like I remember and have copyrights etc so should be the main artistic provider, so to speak! None of the art is endorsed by skoda (Or others).
