Theres a lot of comments about coil pack fails?

Its an 2006 car I'm looking at with 17K on it. should i be worried about it?

How easy are they to change if they go?

A 2006 car with 17k miles is nothing, mate. Practically new. As for how hard it is to replace, I dunno. I've never done it on a Fabia, but if you're halfway decent with some tools it shouldn't pose a problem.

I will however say that putting the designation "Sport" on a 1.2 litre should be considered a crime.

Haha Indeed

Sport designation does seem nowadays tend to indicate more "trim" / look than anything though

Mind you compared to the old 1.4mpi maybe the sport designation isn't far out :) Its not a bad little engine the 12v, my wifes got one and I wouldnt aspire to bomb around in it like my vrs but its certainly ok for getting about

I own the exact same car. Ive had the coils, bushes, door seals and starter motor replaced free under warranty. Probly a few other things also.
