Thoughts/Advice Please!

Hi guys, im pretty new to the forum after buying my 04 VRS in Jan and loving every second of it! I am however used to the power now, and am awaiting the arival of a pd150 turbo that ive ordered.

Seeing as you guys have been playing with these for longer than me, do I need any further parts to fit the turbo? (i.e gaskets, oil/air pipes etc, the new turbo hasnt arrived yet, so cant visibly see the differences yet). I am a Land Rover technician by day so will be doing all the work myself.

Ive also got a full turbo back de-cat milltek exhaust fitted, but plan to remove it, so has anybody experienced restrictions with the 150 turbo and standard exhaust (ive read on here thats probably not the case).

Future plans include a remap to suit and an FMIC. Im aware that the turbo will have little to no difference until i remap it, but i have a few free weekends coming up!

Also, has anybody ever bought a sleeve for the standard exhaust, the one I have has been cut to aid removal and I need to know the diameter so I can find a sleeve to refit!
