Just a few to get started

Hi all,just bought my 1st Skoda(Fabia mk 1 1.2 classic 2004) and need pointing in the right direction regarding a couple of things.

1) Does this model have a timing belt or chain?How often does this need replacing(car has only covered 41k)

2)What is the service interval?

3)Is it possible to get cruise control retro fitted,and if so is it a diy job?

Any help would be gratefully received.
