I am trying to remove the plate for the factory fitted towbar so I can mount it but the plate wont go off.. is there any spesial way to remove it so I can attach the towbar?

Found the manual for the towbar just raw power that was needed to fix it!

Gently pry with a screwdriver, it has a small recess IIRC

And to fix, turn the towbar counter clockwise, it is reverse threaded
