Currently sat in hospital awaiting removal of metal work from my elbow. August last year some little sod took me out when playing football and I landed heavily on my elbow, the result

One operation later, some complications and it now looks like this

I've been struggling to rotate my wrist as part of the plate and screws grind against the bone so I'm currently sat in hospital awaiting the removal in the hope I can gain some more movement. Thankfully I can nearly straighten my arm which is a miracle because for months I could hardly move it without it hurting.

Back at work Monday, 22 month old boy and 11 week girl says no to relaxing lol

As an Orthopaedic surgeon, my professional opinion is.............the same as catzi!. Bad injury, put back together well.

All done, no problems just feel shattered.

Wife popped in with the little ones which was lovely. Now waiting for my lift
