I've started to hear some odd noises that I think are coming from the air con and sounds kinda fluidic (can't put an exact description to it). It only really seems to happen when I start the car up.

Does anyone know what this might be?

Yep, sounds like you need the air con re charging.

Or it could be air in the heater matrix.

Yeah, me too. Sort of a gurgling watery sound. Hope everything is ok, my car has done <2000 miles!

I can't say I've noticed after turning the engine off....may be I just get out of the car too fast

Mine has done 78K miles... I wouldn't worry too much.
