Really, really dumb question

Featured Replies

I'm trying to sort out my drivers door lock and the auto electrician who is on the case says there are some fuses in the footwell. I've removed the cover and handle that releases the bonnet to expose where the door loom clicks into the car, but I can't see any fuses. So my dumb question is, where are they?

Any help is appreciated,

Cheers,

Andrew.

There are relays beneath the steering wheel but I'm not sure about fuses (other than the fuse box on the end of the dash).

The relays are behind the little shelf bit below the steering wheel. If you put you head in the footwell and look straight up you can just see them.

Yeah, that's my understanding too. I can see the relays, but have never come across any fuses down there. Thanks for the info so far.
