Hi i have a 2002 skoda octavia, i have recently noticed that when i unlock the car with the keyfob and open the boot the car locks its self. i know that as a saftey feature that if you unlock the car and dont open a door within 20/30 seconds then the car locks itself again incase you unlocked it by mistake. so i can only assume that the car is not regestering that the boot has been opened does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it.? I want this fixing as i know i will need to put something in the boot put the keys down in the boot while doing this forget and shut the boot. and bam locked out.
