coilovers

Recommended Posts

I today discovered that shocks starts to go. Looked around and full set of Sachs shocks works out at £180+. Then i came across coilovers, but problem is I am total dummy when it comes to those "things". So i do have couple of questions

1. Can you get some good kit for, let's say £250-ish?

2. How about comfort compared to standart setup?

Anything else i should know?

p.s. Mine isn't vRs..

thanks.

if yours is a normal octy theres loads of kits out there for you. Joms would be the cheapest at £160 but they are quite crashy when slammed. coilovers will always be more stiffer than your OEM set up.

You get what you pay for, i just got a set of FK highsports for around the £400 mark. my car is on the deck and the ride is fantastic. not crashy what so ever.
