Keep seeing on shows they make people and cars look like they are toys/in a model village and the buildings are bigger.

They used it on BGT at the weekend and that Kevin Bridges series.

If you dont want to invest in expensive tilt shift lenses, give this link a try with some or your exsisting photos. Surprisingly effective.
