I have adjusted the hanbrake modestly but my nsr brake calliper feels to be holding when driving! On the ramp ita free as a bird. The only thing obvious is the handbrake arm of sorts on the calliper barely moves and sticks on! Is this common after rear pad replacement? And is it a replacement calliper time? Thanks for any advice olly
