Whiteline lateral lock kit and rear shims

Featured Replies

As above has anyone had any experience of these items on their car? Do they make much difference? Worth the money? I noticed a Fabia VRS on Darkside Developments website running these. I think he may of been on here. Cheers.

THat's my old car.

Worth it, however the lateral lock kit will not on VRS bushes.

What I did was buy powerflex bushes for the rear, and the lateral lock kit fits over this, however to keep it concentric, you'll have to make an adapter, see pictures below.

Purple bit is bush, yellow is lateral lock kit, white bit is adapter.

Shim kit is easier to fit lol.

So Figgerpants, am I right in saying that the shims mentioned are for rear toe? i.e. toeing it out, and making the back end more lively?

Is there really enough movement in the trailing arm pivot point to notice a difference with a lock kit, as opposed to just using a poly bush like the powerflex?

Intrigued.
