I found a little surprise on my car this morning!

Luckily it wasn't a hit a run, but a family member who has promised to pay for the repair in full.

The dealer recommended a bodyshop called Stride & Sons in Hedge End who quoted over £900 for the repair (needs a new tailgate).

I don't they are Skoda approved though, so how does that affect the warranty? Does anyone know any good Skoda approved body shops in Southampton/Fareham/Winchester?

Had to smile when I saw the rear letters of the reg. plate!

Winchester Skoda have their own bodyshop, usually really good in my previous experiences.

My mate let go of her car door in the wind whilst parked in the space next to me. Need I say more.

Was absolutely gutted but she has agreed to pay for the damage. Nothing worse.
