Thinking of a Yeti. Coming Back to Skoda!

Featured Replies

Hi Guys, We are looking at a Yeti to replace a Renault Megane 1.5dci

Looking at a 2.0 TDI (110 or 140) 4x4 in elegance Trim

Any idea what to look out for (maybe used or maybe new)

If we go new, what discounts could/should we expect? (If Any)

Cheers

Chris

Depends on how quick your wanting to change, as your looking at a few months or more for a new 4x4 diesel order to come though. Discounts are to be had depending where you go to, some on here recommend brokers such as DtD, although I prefer a main dealer. Allams in Epsom provided me with the current Yeti as their offer beat anything local by some margin. Also try another site sponsor Lee at Prestons and i've heard Rainworth are worth a ring.

Used wise, then currently 4x4 diesels are becoming scarce again (plenty of 2wd mind), which is in the main keeping prices high, possible more than buying new if your looking at a recently registered ex demo. Older examples are now starting to come down but your still looking at advertised forecourt prices of 18K plus for your required trim level, even with higher miles. Bizarrely it's a pair of 2010 registered 170's that currently look the best value under 20k.

Oh best value used I can find is an SE Plus 110 4x4, 2012 61 plate, for just under 18k
