Is the vrs beam the same of that found on ordinary fabias ie with drum brakes?

The beam itself will be yes, then different stub axle's.

So can I use an ordinary drum type axle and put the stub axles and discs and calipers on?

so then does the vrs ends just un bolt and the fit straight on to the other beam ?
