I'm torn between Sahara beige and Black magic for my new TDI - what do you reckon ?

Head says Sahara Beige, heart says Black Magic.

Beige is for old people

Black is soft (front will go salt and pepper in no time) and looks dirty again about a minute after you wax it

Here's my Fabia, in case you wondered whats its like after 3 years, it's still a really nice paintwork and a unique colour, I say go Beige. Plus it's more like gold people have told me, and gold is worth more than silver.

Stone Grey is perfect camouflage against tarmac and British skies. So when the guy says 'I never saw you coming' he'll mean it!

I say keep the yellow octy for a while longer till they bring out the new vrs in yellow go on you no it makes sense:D .

Get a black one and throw in some subtle tints...

true enough actually, when i had my golf i had to go to the extents of driving with lights on at all times due to people pulling out, nearly driving into me etc.

still my two choices as you know Jane would be black magic or stone grey

Stone grey is a nice colour, I had a Fabia in it and it suits the Octy well.

Sahara Beige - Not my colour personally, but I did like it (My dealer has a Ambiente demonstrator in that colour )

Black - well thats my choice at the end of the day.

Graphite grey looks nicer than Stone grey (more 'upmarket' ) as does Flamenco red.

PS:: I've voted for Other. Had beige - wouldn't have another ever. Too bland.

If you do get a beige car, are you willing to park on the road when you come to visit? The driveway will be off limits
