Cheers for the comments Alan. It was funny when your neighbours came over and asked why we were polishing a new car!

The Mini needs some TLC after a couple of weekends on the road to Scotland. She is running beautifully though

I recently sold my Cooper JCW, the supercharged version - Only had it a year and spent £3k on it with various mods. She was eventually producing 228bhp (all work done by P-Torque). It was great fun to drive, lots of power and handled like a go-cart !! oh and the wonderful supercharger whine and exhaust pops added to the experience.

Fuel economy was not good though and there is no room either which is why I have now got a Fabia VRS, albeit with a hybrid turbo (ie 207bhp).

Sounds nice Dazza!

They do sound nice, and mine with the Milltek system makes some nice popping plus has a nice deep undertone to the exhaust note.

The handling is firm and certainly of the go-kart variety..... very addictive indeed. Reminds me a bit of my younger days in a Metro GTi!

The car was washed and waxed yesterday and looks stunning! Even got a couple of emails from colleagues at work this morning to say so

Took advantage of the fantastic weather this weekend and the full interior - seats and carpets were wet-vac'd.

Car is looking great and smelling lovely
