Car Running Like A Sick Pig When Cold

Hi guys my 2001 1.4 16v fabia runs like a sick pig when cold. the revs hunt up and down. bogs when accelerating and sometimes cuts out. but once warm runs fine. HELP!

any pointers as to what the problem is would be much appreciated!

First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. I have been getting a rubbing noise from the rear end of my 2020 kodiaq when turning left and right, I've had it in the garage a few times but been told by Arnold Clark it's a noise all kodiaq like mine make 🤷 then I spoke to Skoda who told me they a talking complete nonsense, anyone had this issue that can help me out please
