roughly 170-180bhp and about 300-310 torque. also is it recommended to change the flywheel when doing the clutch or can a clutch plate be fitted in replace of the old one and that would be it?

Just buy a new oem clutch, it'll be capable of coping with that power.

Chuck LUK DMF and clutch kit at it mate. Euro supplied both for well under £400 and its more than capable of running your power dude :)

I've heard the LUK can deal with 350ftlb +

If your staying with that power - Get a Standard Replacement Clutch and Fly.

If your going for 200+ SMF and Uprated Clutch.

it depends how you drive the car. mines at 179bhp with 290ft lbs of torque and my flywheel is chattering. i do drive my car hard and im planning on bigger power soon anyway so im going for a solid flywheel but if your keeping that power and down go for racing starts all the time go for a standard clutch. i wud pretty much garuntee you would need to change the flywheel aswel. they always have excess play when you get the gearbox out even if there a no signs when driving the car.
