Rear offside window is making a racket when opening, mostly when its warm (?).

Any ideas as to what i can do to make it quiet like the other 4?

silicone lubricant spray should do the job.

+1 Works a treat but not too much otherwise streaks like mad. Works on the door seal and keeps them supple ; )

mine does it when it is really warm, ( usally 3 times a year! :sun:

Like the other 4, does your windscreen or the tailgate glass open

how much is too much? implanning on getting some from halfrauds. Im a little worried it will smear..?

I have the same problem drivers window screeches up and down, have tried silicone spray, cleaning window trim, waxing even went to the drastic of trying to move outer skin away a bit still does it and is doing my head in

I got an old tin of Holts Rubber and Nylon lubricant spray, but it is best to spray it on a cloth and use that to wipe the rubber window seals. rather than spray the stuff onto the rubber (gets all over the glass then)

It's may not be the glass that is squealing. My n/s/r window squeals like hell just now when it's warm and all windows in my last octy squealed. What eventually fixed them was replacing the rusty dried out regulators that had served a good six years in the salty atmosphere of the north east coast. Don't have £80+ right now and recently tried drowning the afore mentioned window in lubricant whilst open to no avail.
