Central lock, hatch button

Featured Replies

Hi there! First post on Briskoda, so here goes:

I've fitted a central locking kit to all four doors in my Felicia and it's no longer a PITA to get in and out with two children and extra passengers that expects the car to lock by itself.

I purchased an extra solenoid to eventually use in the hatch button mechanism. I had a closer look at it this evening and realized it wouldn't work as I planned.

Anyone had any success doing this? How does the factory mounted central locking for the hatch work?

Sorry for my poor English

/Andreas

I am not aware of any model of Felicia fitted from factory with a hatch lock.

on the other hand, the output of central locking control unit might get overloaded by a fifth actuator.

finally, you know exactly how YOUR actuator looks like, so what is stopping you from fixing it to push a lever?

it's not rocket science.
